First Time Patient Special Offers
There’s no better time to start than now. At Genesis, new patients receive 10% off all services and retail products on their first visit.
Leave your details and we’ll call to find a time. No obligation.
The offer
Not one or the other. It covers the treatment you have and the skincare you take home from it. There is nothing to join and no code to remember. Mention it when you book and we apply it on the day.
First-time guests only, one per person. Ask us how it works alongside whatever promotion is running.
What's included
There is no list of selected treatments, and it is not products only. Whatever you and your provider decide on at that first visit, the discount comes off it, and off anything you take home the same day.
Still unsure which of these applies to you? That is exactly what the consultation is for.
Where to start
That’s normal, and it’s our job, not yours. Here is roughly where each concern leads — your provider will narrow it down in person.
Usually the area around the eyes and brow. Wrinkle relaxers soften the lines that movement creates; a light skin booster addresses dullness. This is where most people start, and it is the least invasive place to begin.
Little to no downtime.
Sun damage, uneven tone, large pores, acne scarring. Light-based treatments, resurfacing and medical facials all work here, and the right one depends on your skin type and how much downtime you can take.
Downtime ranges from hours to a week.
Loss of volume in the cheeks, folds around the mouth, a softer jawline. Fillers replace volume directly; collagen stimulators rebuild it over months. Often the answer is a small amount of both, planned together.
Two to three days of swelling.
That is fine, and more common than you’d think. Come in, tell us what you notice in photographs or in the mirror, and we’ll work backwards from there. Plenty of people leave a first consultation having decided to do nothing yet.
Start with the consultation.
What actually happens
No surprises, no pressure, and no part of it you can’t stop.
Come as you are — makeup is fine, and you can take it off here if we’re treating your skin. Bring a list of any medications and supplements you take, including anything that thins the blood. Allow an hour for a first visit; you’ll probably be out sooner.
You sit down with a provider, not a salesperson. You talk about what bothers you, what you don’t want changed, and what you’ve had done before, if anything. They’ll look at your skin in good light and check you’re a candidate. Ask everything. There is no question we haven’t heard.
You leave knowing what we’d recommend, in what order, what each part costs, and what it would look like spread across several visits instead of one. If the honest answer is that you don’t need anything yet, that’s what we’ll tell you.
Many people go ahead the same visit; plenty go home and think about it. Nothing is opened, charged or committed until you say so, and you can change your mind in the chair. The offer applies whenever you decide to come back for it.
You’ll get aftercare instructions and a direct number to call if anything worries you. For injectables we ask you back at two weeks so we can see how it settled. That follow-up is included, and it’s when small adjustments get made.
Why choose us
Nineteen years is a long time to keep people coming back. These are the reasons they give.
That’s a patient’s phrasing, not ours, and it comes up more than anything else in our reviews. If the simplest treatment gets you where you want to go, that’s the one we’ll recommend.
Long enough that our injectors have watched results age on real faces across nearly two decades — and long enough to have seen which trends didn’t hold up.
Not one senior injector and a rotating bench. You can request the same person every visit, and most of our patients do — some for seven years running.
A lot of first-timers tell us they were nervous walking in. Tell your injector — it changes the pace of the appointment, and starting conservative is always an option.

Before you book
Neither, really. People in their twenties usually come for skin quality and prevention; people in their sixties come for volume and firmness. What changes is the plan, not whether you’re a candidate. The wrong reason to come is because someone else told you to.
No, and the line that appears most often in our reviews is that nobody felt pushed. If the simplest option gets you where you want to go, that’s what we’ll recommend. And if the honest answer is that you don’t need anything yet, we say so instead of selling you something.
Everything on our menu, plus anything you take home the same day. Injectables, lasers, facials, body treatments and medical-grade skincare are all included. There is no list of excluded services. It applies once, to your first visit, and we’ll tell you the discounted total before anything is opened.
Yes. The consultation is free and it exists for exactly that. A good number of first consultations end with someone deciding to think about it, and that’s a perfectly good outcome. Your offer doesn’t expire because you took your time.
They should notice you look rested, not that you’ve had something done. That is a dosing decision, and it starts with using less than you think you need. Say out loud that you want it subtle. It changes how your provider plans the treatment.
It depends what you had. Wrinkle relaxers wear off on their own over three to four months, so nothing is permanent. Most fillers can be dissolved. That’s the reason we start conservatively on a first visit: you can always add more at the two-week follow-up, but you can’t take it away as easily.
Tell us that when you arrive. It changes how we run the appointment. Numbing cream, ice, and a slower pace are all available and none of it is unusual. Most people describe injectables as brief stinging rather than pain, and a lot of first-timers say the anticipation was worse than the appointment.
It varies too much by treatment for a number here to be honest. What we can promise is that you’ll have the full price before anything is opened, including what it looks like split across several visits rather than done at once. Nobody is surprised at the front desk.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding rule out injectables and most energy-based treatments. Light-based work generally isn’t suitable on recently tanned skin, which matters more in Tucson than most places, and some medications mean waiting. Bring your medication list and we’ll sort it out before anything is scheduled.
